		<description>For every example of a high achieving Gen Y, X, Boomer or whatever, I can show you thousands who are actually trying to live up to their unrealistic and hyped up standards and expectations.  While I truly believe that virtually anything is possible, particularly when considering human potential, I think it&#039;s time to start telling people it&#039;s ok to be normal, average and not a high achiever.  Satisfaction at work comes from so many other areas, including (but not limited to) achievement.</description>
