		<description>It is not just the size of the overall company that is important, but rather the size of the division/org that an employee is part of.  Most large companies have some divisions that offer a &quot;small group&quot; environment with large company benefits.  Of course many of these roles would not be appropriate for everyone, but we shouldn&#039;t simply rule out working at large companies without looking inside to identify good opportunities.
