		<description>I really like the fact this is general advice for life, and is applicable to a global career. Being a mentor and continuing to learn I really like because they&#039;re little things we do often, but if we actually examine what kind of mentors we are and what we are learning, we&#039;re that much more valuable not only in our careers, but to everyone in our lives.</description>
