		<description>I agree with a point you&#039;ve made in this post. It&#039;s easier for younger people to be sent to other places, because they have less ties. But older people have difficulty of deciding whether or not to accept the job, even if it has a higher pay, because they do not want to leave their families behind. If you want to export an executive, be sure to know what to offer to him/her, like relocating his/her family with him/her, career assistance for the family members, etc.</description>

		<description>It takes a lot of convincing and motivation factors to export/import an executive. You have factors like family relocation, compensation and cultural adjustments, career move, etc. 

Then again, every executive has his own preference or deciding factor. If you can offer that to the executive candidate, then he might consider that international career.</description>
